The Del Cotto Family Foundation exists to carry forward a legacy of generosity, gratitude, and meaningful support. Rooted in the Pittsburgh region, we support nonprofit partners who care for the whole person—not just a diagnosis, a discharge date, or a demographic.
Our Mission
To support nonprofits in the Greater Pittsburgh area that provide holistic, compassionate care to people living with cancer, honor and assist veterans and their families, and increase awareness of Acanthamoeba Keratitis with a focus on healing, dignity and community

Our Values
The foundation currently makes a limited number of grants each year to carefully selected nonprofits that align with our mission and values
Compassion
We stand with people and families at vulnerable moments in life. Over time, we hope to grow our giving in these focus areas, while maintaining a personal, relational, approach with our partners.
Holistic Care
We believe healing is emotional, social, physical, and spiritual, and that true support sees the whole person, not just a diagnosis or a discharge summary
Community
We invest close to home, with a focus on the Greater Pittsburgh area, where we can see and feel the impact of our giving and relationships.
Stewardship
We seek organizations that are transparent, thoughtful and responsible with resources, and we aim to be the same in how we honor the Del Cotto family’s intent and legacy.
